Nicole E. Wurscher represents and advises employers in a variety of areas, including employment discrimination and harassment claims, claims of wrongful termination in violation of public policy, employment contract disputes, wage and hour litigation, employee entitlements under FMLA and other medical leave provisions, and disability accommodation issues.
Prior to attending law school, Nicole served as an Employee Relations Specialist in the Human Resources department of a large university hospital, where she was responsible for investigation of sexual harassment and violence complaints, advised management on termination and reduction in force determinations, and trained management on a variety of employment practices.
Before joining Walraven & Lehman, LLP, Nicole practiced medical malpractice defense, administrative law, and employment law at a premiere southern California defense firm for five years.
In addition to practicing law, Nicole serves on the board of directors of Footprints Foundation, a non-profit organization which arranges and provides professional photography sessions free of charge for families facing life-threatening illnesses.
