Labor Law

We are  unique in our extensive traditional labor law experience.  While the percentage of management labor and employment attorneys who devote a significant portion of their practice to handling traditional labor law matters has dwindled, we have continued to provide substantial advice on an array of traditional labor matters.  We have negotiated collective bargaining agreements, handled labor arbitration hearings, assisted clients in responding to union organizing campaigns, and appeared on behalf of clients in an array of NLRB matters.
