Several members of our team have significant in-house experience; having acted as executives (including in General Counsel and Vice President positions) in international publicly-traded companies. With this experience and our firm's overall approach of providing practical advice to accomplish the clients' business goals, our attorneys are able to handle a wide-variety of different types of legal matters and transactions both directly and also by retaining and managing other outside counsel for the client as needed.

When managing such other outside counsel, our firm maximizes efficiency for the client by identifying and obtaining the right balance of attorney expertise and appropriate rates for the particular matter.
